We’re excited to kick off another great 4-H Fair Week and can’t wait to see all your hard work come to life!
Families will use the FairEntry system to pre-enter all 4-H projects for the county fair. FairEntry helps us generate project labels, check-in sheets, judging forms, show programs, media reports, ribbon and award placings, and more.
Logging In:
Building Project Exhibitors will use this site to let us know what you will be exhibiting, such as a Level A Baked Foods Cookie exhibit or an entry for the Tractor, Lawn & Garden Junior Division. Please enter all projects you plan to exhibit and include a short description in the "Exhibit Details" box. For example: “Pink bridge painting on 8x10 inch canvas.” For grade-based projects, be sure to enter the grade your child just completed. **All building (non-animal) project entries are due by June 16.
Animal Exhibitors will utilize this site to tell us what animals they will be exhibiting—for example, a 2-2 Berkshire Barrow in the Berkshire Barrow class or a horse named Fancy for the Western Pleasure class. **All livestock entries must be submitted by July 1.
There are no required fees, but you must complete the entire process, which includes navigating through the payment screen and hitting Submit to finalize your entries. Once submitted, no additional projects can be added until our office approves or returns your current entry for changes. After approval, you can add more projects or make changes until the system closes on the due dates.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Extension Office at (574) 223-3397.
Thank you, and good luck this fair season!
